[147]           We can assume, that it was for the sake of the rhythm of her book, and in order to build up the tension, that Mary created here a new chapter.

    As we can see by the date, she wrote this chapter the same evening she wrote the previous chapter.

    (And this she did without attending a single Creative Writing Course!)
